When I click an email header in kmail, it does not appear to try to display
it. It (or rather akonadi) does all sorts of other, irellevant stuff FIRST.
Don't do that. When I clicked an email header, it was not to have irellevant
stuff done, it was to view that email.

We know (although I'd say the other "stuff" is not irrelevant, but just less
important priority-wise to you when you select an email).

Reprioritization of "stuff" is not easy to implement in Akonadi, but Daniel is
on it.
